The Marine electronics maintenance specialist plays an important role in ensuring operational efficiency. This specialist is primarily responsible for installing, testing and repairing air search radar, radio, radio relay, missile fire control and guidance systems.
Training
Every Marine learns to become a rifle expert first. This is an integral part of the 13 weeks you'll spend in basic training, which is one of the most intense training course for any military operation. After basic, you'll attend military occupational specialty training, which varies in length depending on your specialty.
